The flat bar aluminum stock (6" X 13" X 1.25") before holes are drilled and tapped.

The 1/2 inch drill bit is 18 incles long. The holes took about 30 minutes each to drill. The pile of shavings are from just three of the six holes. The shavings filled a lunch-sized brown bag.

There are two short 9/16 inch holes about 5 inches deep, one at each end of the plate. The four 1/2 inch holes on the left end are 12 inches deep and connect the two short holes.

A 1/2 inch barb fitting is installed at each end. All other holes have plugs installed.
