IN NO EVENT SHALL ACCESS PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES, EITHER CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR INCIDENTAL INCURRED BY CUSTOMER. IN NO EVENT SHALL ACCESS PROVIDER LIABILITY EXCEED THE COST OF ACCESS CHARGED BY ACCESS PROVIDER TO THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER agrees to indemnify The Access Provider for any and all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of your access and use of Material on this site.   Access Provider is not liable for any damages, which may occur by or as a result of the User's use of information provided from this website, intentionally, accidentally.  

ACCESS
UNAUTHORISED ACCESS AND COPYING, REPRODUCTION, REPUBLISHING, UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING, POSTING, TRANSMITTING OR DUPLICATING OF COPYRIGHT MATERIAL IS PROHIBITED. The CUSTOMER is allowed to enter portions of this site in exchange for a modest access fee. The site may be used only for lawful purposes. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. User agrees and waives any claim, demand, cause of action or damages incurred as a result of reliance on site provided information. The User agrees all liability associated with any use of this site and information contained therein, is wholly assumed by the User.  

INDEMNIFICATION.
User agrees to indemnify and hold Access Provider harmless against any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, penalty actions, proceedings or judgments (collectively referred to as "Losses") to which purchaser may become subject, related to or arising out of any third party dispute. The Access Provider does not warrant that the site, information or any function or material within that will be fault or error free.
