Web Editor:

I am a Redwing veteran, who served in the navy untill I recieved to many high dosages of radioactive material, and was ordered to remain below deck. I was part of a wash crew that use to wash down the barges. My ship USS Chickasaw ATF 83 use to tow the barges to wash down. I experienced high readings on my dosimiter, and color changes on my film badge.

When I returned home I underwent various operations due to my internal bleeding which was from an "undetermined" cause. I lost my first son to lukemia before the age of ten.

Thank you

Ken Beranek.
