April 7, 2001--Dr. Oscar Rosen, past National Commander of the National Association of Atomic Veterans, USN, passed away at 3 a.m. Saturday April 7, 2001 of leukemia. Dr. Rosen was a participant in the Project Crossroads nuclear tests in the Pacific.
