GAME GOD: KHAKI

10. Killer Instinct - one of the coolest combo games on the planet!
9. Mortal Kombat 3 - I spent more hours at Shamus' house playing this than any other game....other than #7.
8. Chrono Cross - Damn...just damn...you don't have to worry about random battles...beautiful backgrounds and fmv's...one of the cooler rpg's...
7. Final Fantasy 7 - 'nough said...
6. Street Fighter 2 - Who wasn't infatuated with this game?
5. Mike Tyson's Punchout - I spent the better part of my first miserable years mastering this game...just straight captivating...
4. Final Fantasy IX - This game had me hooked from the get go, the characters were very endearing, and it had lots of story lines and
twists...very cool ending...nearly 1/2 hour of fmv....awesome game.
3. Xenogears - The only anime game that I can say that I loved...it had mechs,
rpg-ism, crazy story line...good game....
2. Final Fantasy Tactics - How many times have I played and beat this game? 7?.....8?...the list keeps growing
and now for numero uno
1. Galaga - yes that's right, you read me right, this game is just as much fun to watch as it is to play...don't know why...it just is...it still
pisses me off when I shoot my damn captured ship, and it's the only gamethat I know of where everyone I know has a cursed level where they always
lose...my high score is over 300,000...so yeah...I can brag.
Honerable mention
Final Fantasy 8, All of the Mario Bros., Donkey Kongs, Pole Position, Karateka (commadore 64c), Impossible Mission (c64c), Tempest, and any real
basketball games where you use real basketballs.

GAME GOD: JESSE STARR I recently visited his website that had some of the most sweetest art works I've seen. Now I have come to find he is also an avid gamer. Check out his top ten games and after that visit his site at:

1. Soul Calibur- duh, it's the best game ever made.
2. Tony hawk pro skater- soon probably to be replaced with thps2 im sure, but I still enjoy the original as much as I always have and I still find new things to do every day it seems.
3. The Tekken series- I spent a few years constantly playing these games and had a lot of fun (and spent a lot of quarters).
4. The Kings Quest series (pc)- They are all a little different but still the same, if you havn't played these games you havn't lived.
5. I'm going to have to say Street Fighter II- No explanation required.
6. Bruce Lee(C64)- This was one of the games that got me hooked on playing video games, and it is still a hell of a lot of fun. (have you ever played it?)
7. hmmmmm... Goldeneye 007- This game just rocked and rocked and rocked relentlessly for so long. It is still fun to play even though I've finished it time and again.
8. Maniac Mansion- I have to put this in here simply because I've owned it for every system it was availible on and STILL havn't finished it!! I'm a retard. But it is a cool game and it was one of the most innovative of its time. I stil have it on Nintendo.
9. almost there... Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time- One of the best games ever made in my opinion. It is totally fun in every way and it just feels nice to play.
10. I believe the game is called warlords, but I'm not sure. It was an old atari game that had one screen with 4 castles on it, one in each corner.

GAME GOD: AKUMA
Another review from
the Great Akuma himself.
I have always been a die hard Capcom/SNK fan. Of course, my preference lies with
the world warriors, but SNK's offerings have always put a smile on my face as
well. Now we have a true King of Fighters: Capcom's elite vs the best SNK has to
offer.1st of all let me state that just because this is a handheld fighter and the characters are all in SD form does not mean this is a dumbed down
fighter. This game plays as good if not better than any home version of our
beloved 2d fighters. I know, 2 buttons for a 6/4 button fighting set...well
capcom fans will have to do without a few normal moves. As the play concept here
is press long on the kick, get a fierce kick,light tap=light kick.Same for the punch
button. No prob for the SNK'ers out there, but the capcom heads of the world
will just have to grin and bear it.No need to worry, 'cuz the control is dead on.The first thing noticable is the insane amount of animation this cart packs.I
can safely say the characters in this game sport more animation than any capcom/SNk port on the
PSX [minus SFA3] MAI even has her trademark "bounce" well you start out with 18 characters to choose from.[9
SNK, 9 CAPCOM] The likes of KYO, IORI, TERRY, HAOHMARU, MAI, ATHENA, RYU, KEN,
MORRIGAN, FELECIA, GUILE, CHUN-LI among others. there are of course plenty of hidden
characters. You have the tourney mode,VS, practice,and Olympic
modes.Olympic ya chose mini-games to earn points to buy more moves for your
characters. This mode is insanely fun,and of course beneficial! once your mode is picked chose between single,tag
team [ala the vs series,with real time tags], and team[3 on 3, ala KoF style]
Then you choose your fighting style,[average,custom,or rush]Then the fighting
begins! The tourney mode features a cool ass story mode which is entertaining to watch the capcom
and SNK characters mock and try to show each other up. And yeah,Bison's at it
again, but this time he has the aid of Geese Howard.To sum it up,I havent had this much fun
with a game in years, handheld ! or not. Do not miss out on this game due to it's
pocket size. Do yourself a favor and snag a NEO POCKET ASAP!!

Just a little background on this guy...He is the most focused person I have ever met when
it comes to Vids. He lives video games. Sometimes I think this guy is the
"second coming" but instead of a bible, he carries the latest GAMEPRO magazine
at his side. At work, he preaches the word of Gamepro to his following.

GAME GOD: DAVE K. This guy has recently been stripped of the title: Messiah of Video Games. He used to be unstoppable. May his controller and video memory unit (VMU) rest in peace.
"Let me give you my review of NBA2K. Fun isnt it, fun isnt it! I dont know why you don't like that game dude, it is fun! Some of the graphics are whack but it's fun dude. It has, with the exception of the airent ally oop lob from the other end of the court, good playability. Most importantly the flames belong in the game, so does the lazer light show at the beginning."

GAME GOD: BRIAN Here is the guy that holds my Hardcore title on my WWF 2000 game. Both him and his brother double crossed me on the second match. You will both pay for that mistake! GAME GOD: ARNE One of the busiest and smartest guys I know. He is an engineering major at O.I.T. and also a long distance runner. He has let his Street Fighter skills deminish while in school but, yeah, I think that's a good thing. He is not destined to be a loser at least. Anyway, he has good taste in games. Check it!
