$10.00 To the State of Oregon, Corporation Division to:
a) Register a business name, if it is a new name.
b) Or, amend an assumed business name that you are buying
$2.00 Extra for every county in which the name is to be registered
$50.00 To the State of Oregon, Corporation Division if forming a new corporation
$40.00 To the State of Oregon, Business Registry, if forming a domestic limited liability company or domestic limited liability partnership.

$__________ Property insurance premium
$__________ Industrial accident insurance premium
$__________ Personal life insurance premium, if required by the purchase or loan agreement

$__________ Prepayment for Workmen's Compensation
$100.00 + Minimum bank deposit for business checking account
$__________ Attorney fee; typically $2-5,000, but varies with the complexity of the transaction
$__________ CPA fee, typically $2-500, depending on the involvement of the CPA
$__________ Prorated expenses shared with the seller, such as utilities, CAM charges, lease payments, escrow charges
$__________ Reprogram Visa/Mastercard terminal, or, lease a new terminal
