A light lunch, hold the offal. When the ice storm hit yesterday, Moira and I took advantage of the lessened crowds to pop over to the local Cafe for some tasty sandwiches and tastier Trebbiano.
We did not notice any hints of deer bladder, cow peritoneum, or ashed mouse skin, from which I gather the Farnese family isn't much into 'biodynamics'.

(Yes, you have to follow the link for this to make any sense.)

I somehow picture sandal-shod, long-haired, tambourine-playing woo-meisters chanting magical spells as they bury these various "composts" around their farms in order to "strengthen its life force" before finishing up the day with a little drum playing and a mini Burning Man ceremony.

That's pretty funny. Maybe you need to re-vitalize your dowsing rod so that you can find all those buried horns.

BTW, what's the biodynamic word on car repair?
