Mad as hell. I have no expertise to add to the learned commentary on Kelo, but I feel the need to throw in my two cents of rage. Pitchfork? Check. Torch? Check. OK, time to march on Washington. Damn those five bastards to hell.

Not to defend them and not to get all Federalist on ya, but didn't the decision allow room for the states to pass more stringent laws against eminent domain? In other words, if your state legislature feels the same way you do, can't they limit the process?

Like New Kersey's going to do THAT...

If state legislatures wanted to limit eminent domain this issue wouldn't have gotten to the Supreme Court in the first place.
