If you are interested in the K-man case and concerned with the need for Congressional clarificaiton of NAGPRA legislation, I urge you to explore the site, contribute to the organization if you can, and contact your congressmen.

Unrelated comment: Leading is good. Whitespace between lines of text makes them much easier to read, and reduces browser issues with text selection and such.

What browser and resolution are you using? I'm trying to fix the text crowding (I see it in Konqueror), but it looks OK in Mozilla and IE.

There - increased the line spacing a tad. How's that? (Font still to small for my decrepit vision, though.)
