Remember when Babbit was appointed and all you could read about in the media was how this learned, native born Arizonan would bravely stand up to the ignorant farmers & ranchers on behalf of thinking Americans to preserve whatever needed to be preserved in our Western lands. Or at least that's my recollection. What a crock! And as for the Army Corps of Engineers...this whole thing just made me want to bust a gut.
Thank the lord for Jelderks (gotta do something about that name). Now, if only he make the Corps put back all that dirt they so eagerly dumped on the site. Come on W, lets see some heads roll on this. I know you've got some other concerns but damn!
