Maps of Our Journey- we will be sketching our journey as we go, so check back soon for our route!
	We will start our trip in Portland, Oregon and head down through California. We plan to visit friends in San Francisco, LA and San Diego. We will spend a few days in San Diego before crossing the border to get all of our last minute things. When we're ready, we'll cross the border in Tijuana and begin the Latin American Adventure. Adios Estados Unidos! Hola America Latina! We will head down Baja and take the ferry from La Paz to Mazatlan. The path from there remains to be discovered.
	After leaving Mexico, we will check out the scenery in Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. Eventually, we'll make it down to beautiful Costa Rica for a visit with my sister, Deanne, in Montezuma. We will then go for a visit with my brother, Larry, in San Jose.
	After crossing the Darien Gap via air or boat we will finally hit South America. Time for cool climates, lots of mountains and new lands for both of us.
