System Status


	Our support staff's hours of operation:
	Mon - Fri :	8:00am - 9:00pm
	Sat       :	9:00am - 6:00pm
	Sun	  :	10:00am - 4:00pm

	All SHELL DIAL-UP customers for Aracnet dial the number:
	503-426-2400. Login as 'unix@aracnet.com', no password, and
	you'll be prompted to log into the shell server.

06/22	At 2:15 PM, the Ensim hosting server (the one we are going to
	replace next week) crashed again, making some of our hosted
	sites unavailable. The admin was immediately paged and rebooted
	the server remotely.

06/26	Around 12:30pm today, we briefly lost our upstream connection
	to the Internet.  Our connection was restored around 1pm.

06/30	The storms on Sunday knocked out our office phone system. 
	As a result, we were unable to receive any incoming phone calls
	until around 10:15am.
