Can I make Mail dial my connection with SpiritOne?

The settings to have Mail dial into SpiritOne are not in the Mail program. If you go to your Apple Menu, scroll down to System Preferences, and open Network you will be able to edit these settings. On the "PPP" tab within Network you should see a button "PPP Options". On this tab you should be able to enable you computer to dial whenever a connection is needed. With this option enabled, your Mail program will cause Internet Connect to dial your connection (if it is not connected already).

Can I import my data from Entourage to Mail?

You can import data from Entourage, as well as other programs, to Mail quite easily. If you go up to "File" you will see an option to "Import Mailboxes". Once Import Mailboxes loads, you should see a list of programs to import data from.

Does Mail have a blind-carbon-copy field?

It sure does! If you go up to your "Message" menu, you should see an option to "Add BCC Header".

Does Mail have a way to filter spam like Entourage or Outlook Express?

If you go into your account preferences, you will see an option for "Rules". Within Rules you can set up whatever guidelines you would like to have in place for your personal inbox.

How do I add an email address to the Address Book quickly?

One of the handy tricks built into mail happens to be the answer to this question. If you drag any message from one folder to another, the email address is automatically added to your address book. So, if you had a "Save This Mail" (example) folder setup, you would be able to drag mail from "Inbox" to "Save This Mail" and Mail would automatically put the address in your book for you.

How do I get into my preferences?

If you go up to your "Mail" menu, you should see "Preferences" listed. Once in "Preferences" you will be able to see settings for any subject listed. You can access personal email account settings, rules, and much more!
