What are People Saying about SpiritOne?

"It's all about the employees. Knowledgeable, patient, non-condescending technical support. SpiritOne has a community rather than anonymous feel. I feel like I'm talking with someone I know (even though I'm not). It's also nice, in an old-fashioned sort of way, to hear the same people on the line over time. I've never felt 'afraid' of what will happen when I call for service or billing support. Unlike, say, the phone company or the IRS."
