Nov. 7 1991-- Biloxi, Mississippi Mike Jenkins, Sam Jenkins, Rosemary and Vincent Adamo (left to right). Vincent first contacted Mike after his first story in the L.A. Times, Vincent is NAAV Mississippi Commander and He and his wife Rosemary worked for years to get the Atomic Vet monument completed.
