My name is Frank R Gunn my service # is RA 19498223 . I was with the 573rd Ordinance Company at Camp Desert Rock during the Teapot tests.
I have been unable to get any information about the company or the activity and dutys preformed, such as the cleanup of former test sites, the dumping of vehicles that had been used in the testing. I would like to be able to contact other personnel who were with that company.
After the testing the 573rd was sent to Camp Roberts California. I was involved in an above ground test. We were in a trench without any protective or safety devices. I believe my hearing was affected by the test and I would like to find out if other veterans have had this problem within a few years of the testing?
